Our beautiful villas are perfectly positioned on the edge of a small luxury estate, one kilometre from the centre of Alethriko village.


The nearest taverna is just a short stroll away, where you can sample delicious local delicacies - €12 for a massive meze of grilled meats, fresh salad and lovely Cypriot potatoes.


Venture a little further, and food lovers will be spoilt for choice. Just a 15-minute scenic drive will take you to many nearby villages and their welcoming tavernas - head for Zigi or Makenzie for a fabulous fish meze.



Larnaca may be best known for being home to the island’s main international airport, but it has far more to offer. As a locals town, it is a lively year-round destination and less commercialised than the well-known holiday resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa.


This cosmopolitan town boasts a seafront promenade lined with palm trees and pavement cafes. Take a boat trip from the marina and admire the multi-million pound yachts and boats, experience world-wide cuisine, great shopping (including Zara and Mango) and lively nightlife.


Exploring the island

Cyprus is a land steeped in rich history, culture and tradition. The quiet village of Alethriko is only two-minute drive to the island’s main motorway, making it the ideal base to explore the many gems this idyllic island has to offer.



If you’re looking to soak up the sun, a 10-minute drive will reveal stunning sandy beaches, charming coastal villages and quiet coves perfect for picnics.


Fun-seekers can head to one of Larnaca town’s several sandy beaches to experience a wide range of water sports and scuba diving in the glittering Mediterranean sea.


The famous golden sands of Ayia Napa and Protaras are a 40 to 50 minute drive away.



Golf is available a one-hour drive away at Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley golf courses.


Skiing can be enjoyed in the Troodos Mountain range (1.5 hours away), from mid January until the end of February.



There is a good supermarket in Alethriko village. Larger stores can be found a 10-minute drive away in the next village. There is a mega-supermarket in Larnaca.
